One of the smaller outbuildings at an Antebellum estate in Lexington, Virginia was demolished, and replaced in kind on the existing stone foundation, retaining the original stone chimney. Elements from the original structure were salvaged and reused on the interior of this new/old Guest Cottage, including wall studs and ceiling joists. The front and rear porches are new additions to the original configuration.
